EatClub Order Tracking

To know the update and whereabouts of your food ordered users can click on the  “Manage Orders” section in the app and click on "Track Order". It will show the current status of your delivery ordered, placed, food being prepared, dispatched, or delivered. Users can also click on the call button to contact the Delivery partner. 

EatClub Delivery Policy

The delivery takes a maximum of 30 minutes. It is dependent on the location of the user. According to the location, the server allows you to the respective nearby restaurants, and then that allowed restaurant has to accept and process the order that is given by you. Once users place their order, the order can definitely not be modified or canceled irrespective of any issue.

Eatclub Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their food before 10 AM on the same days for their lunch delivery. Under any circumstances, if the food is not available then the customer's order will be canceled and the money will be credited to the user's source method of payment. No additional charge will be incurred due to cancellations. Orders cannot be canceled after 10 Am on the same days.
