Other household items, excluding bedsheets, curtains, cushions, dhurries, rugs, door mats, table linen, and kitchen linen, are not returnable. Within 30 days of delivery, please send back your household goods in their original packaging including every tag, accessory, freebie, and warranty card that was packaged with your order. For online return pickup, the courier partner will contact you to arrange a pick-up time once you submit a return request. After a successful return, the bank may require 2–7 extra working days to complete the transaction for refunds.
