Kushals Return & Refund

Raise a return request within 15 days from the delivery date. Will take 24 hours to respond to your return request a reverse pickup will be scheduled and mail will be sent to you for return request confirmation. Return products need to be unused with the original invoice and tags. 

Refund will be processed to the same account within 24 hours. To maintain hygiene, Kushals doesn’t accept return requests for Nose Pins and Toe Rings.

Kushals Shipping Policy

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details of your order and usually, it takes 1-5 days to deliver depending on the location. To ensure the quality, product will be packed safely in bubble wrap.

• Free delivery on all orders above value Rs.499. A shipping charge of Rs.50 will be charged on orders below the value of Rs.500.
• For COD orders, a charge of Rs.150 is applicable on product value below Rs.499, and for products worth Rs.500 and above, a charge of Rs.100 will be charged as a COD order.
• A shipping charge of Rs.2,000 is applicable on all international order shipping
