• MyGlamm delivers orders within 6 to 8 days after the payment is confirmed.
• Product delivery time depends on the availability and shipping destination of the courier partner for on-time delivery.
• The brand aims to deliver the product as soon as possible with a shipping charge of Rs.99 applicable on all orders below Rs.199.
• You will receive a confirmation email on the shared contact details and the live status can be checked 24 hours after the order is dispatched.

Return Policy

• MyGlamm products cannot be returned or exchanged, if you have received an item in a damaged or defective condition.
• Returns need to be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Products need to be returned with the proper tags, original invoice, labels, freebies, or other accessories
• Provide MyGlamm with order ID details and place a return or replacement request
• MyGlamm delivery partner will pick up the products within 2 to 4 days. Replacement will be processed, once the returned product gets verified.

Cancellation Policy

If the MyGlamm order has not been shipped yet, customers can write to customer support at hello@myglamm.com. Order cancellation is available via the orders section on the MyGlamm website or app. Once the cancellation request is accepted, your amount will be refunded back in 24 to 48 hours. After the order is shipped, do not accept the delivery of the order, If you wish to cancel your order.
