Fifty-nine listings read on 18 October. Twelve of them tell you what is inside, and those twelve are the ones with the smallest discounts.
Search Amazon for a first aid kit and most of what comes back is a box with nothing in it. We read 59 listings returned for 'first aid kit' and 'medical kit box' on 18 October 2026 and read every title by hand: only 12 name any contents at all. Forty-two are empty boxes, pouches, wall cabinets or pill organisers. The discount badge tracks that split almost perfectly — empty containers run a median badge of 58% at a median Rs. 284, the stocked kits 16% at Rs. 1,298, and not one stocked kit is badged above 47%. Six of the seven listings badged 70% or more are empty. This is a price read and makes no medical claim.
Every price below was pulled from Amazon on October 18, 2026 and checked against the MRP on the listing. Stack them with the live codes on our Amazon coupons page, which the deals desk re-verifies daily.
42 of the 59 listings are empty containers, pouches or wall boxes. They hold the deepest badges on the shelf, up to 88%, and much of its buyer evidence.

Four habits survive this read, none of them medical. First, read to the end of the title. The words that matter — 'storage', 'organizer', 'empty', or a contents list — are usually after the words 'First Aid Kit'. Second, treat a deep badge as a warning rather than a win. Six of the seven listings here badged 70% or more are empty containers; no kit that names its contents is badged above 47%. Third, do not let the rating count decide. The deepest pool in the read, 46,487, is an empty plastic box, while the twelve stocked kits carry counts like 10, 14, 37 and 40 — so sorting by reviews reliably sorts you towards storage. Fourth, compare at the same money. At around Rs. 1,250 this shelf offers either an empty metal cabinet or a kit with its contents listed, which is the only comparison worth making. For what a kit should contain, ask a qualified professional — this page read prices and titles, and opened nothing.

Each selling price, stated MRP, discount badge, star average and rating count on this page was read on 18 October 2026 from amazon.in's search results for 'first aid kit' and 'medical kit box', logged out, in India, with nothing purchased. 59 distinct listings came back and 24 are seated. Search results are ranked and personalised and change continuously, so a different reader, device or hour will not see the same set.
The empty-versus-stocked split is the claim this page rests on, so it was made by reading all 59 titles rather than by keyword. A listing counts as STOCKED only where the tile itself enumerates contents ('22 Items, 65 Pieces', '75 items set', '33 Contents', 'with all items inside'). It counts as EMPTY where the tile names a box, pouch, organiser or storage with no contents. The result: 42 empty, 12 stocked, 5 loose consumables. Both groups are seated here so the classification can be checked card by card. Note that several container listings are PHOTOGRAPHED with medicines inside them that their titles never list as included; the photograph is the seller's own staging and this page classifies on the printed words, not the picture.
Empty containers: median price Rs. 284, median badge 58%, badges from 10% to 88%. Stocked kits: median price Rs. 1,298, median badge 16%, badges from 2% to 47%. Of the seven listings in the whole read badged 70% or more, six are empty containers and the seventh is an ice pack. Not one stocked kit is badged above 47%. Those are the figures behind the headline and every one of the twelve stocked kits is either seated or counted.
It is a price read and a reading of what each title says is in the box. It says NOTHING about what a first aid kit should contain, whether any kit here is adequate for any injury, household, vehicle or workplace, whether any listed medicine or dressing is suitable for anyone, or what anyone should do in an emergency. 'As per Factory Act', 'WHO Guidelines', 'GMP Certified', 'ANSI Type' and 'Medical Grade' are the listings' own printed words, reproduced as printed and NOT verified by us against any standard or law. For medical guidance, ask a qualified professional, not a shopping page.
Stated MRPs are the sellers' own figures, reproduced exactly as printed. This page does not assert that any of them is false, inflated or fabricated, or that any item has or has not sold at its stated MRP. We did not buy, open, test or use anything on this page, and no claim is made about the quality, sterility, shelf life or expiry dating of any item. Product images were re-pulled at full size from Amazon's own image CDN because the search thumbnails are too small to see.
It depends entirely on whether anything is inside it, and the shelf does not make that obvious. In this read of 59 listings on 18 October 2026, prices ran Rs. 118 to Rs. 2,789 with a median of Rs. 299 — but the 42 empty boxes and organisers had a median of Rs. 284 while the 12 kits that name their contents had a median of Rs. 1,298. So the typical cheap result is a container. If you want supplies in the box, this read suggests budgeting four to five times the headline price. Prices change continuously; check the live page.
Because in this read the big discounts were almost entirely on empty containers. Of the seven listings badged 70% or more, six were empty boxes, pouches or organisers and the seventh was an ice pack. The deepest badge of all, 88%, was an empty plastic box at Rs. 119 against a stated Rs. 999. Meanwhile the twelve kits that enumerate their contents ran a median badge of 16%, and the deepest among them was 47%. We do not assert that any stated MRP is false — only that on this shelf, a large badge is a reliable sign you are looking at storage rather than supplies.
This page cannot answer that, because it is a price read and not a medical or product assessment. What it can tell you is what you are buying. A Rs. 119 to Rs. 300 result on this shelf is, in 42 of 59 cases, an empty box or a pill organiser — perfectly real products, but not first aid supplies. The cheapest listing that named its contents was Rs. 245 (a travel kit listing 33 contents, badged 2%). We have not opened, tested or verified any kit, make no claim about the quality, sterility or expiry of anything, and say nothing about what any kit should contain. For that, ask a qualified professional.
The empty ones, by a wide margin. The deepest pool in this read was 46,487 ratings at 4.3 stars — on an empty plastic medicine box at Rs. 302. Behind it came a pill organiser with 6,922, another with 5,703, an empty compact box with 4,963 and an ice pack with 13,889. The twelve stocked kits carried counts of 10, 14, 37, 37, 40, 174 and 389. So sorting this shelf by review volume pushes you towards containers, not kits — which is worth knowing before you use rating count as a shortcut.
It is the seller's own printed wording, and this page has not verified it. Two listings in this read describe their contents as supplied 'as per Factory Act', at Rs. 2,699 and Rs. 2,299; another prints 'ANSI Type' and another 'WHO Guidelines' and 'GMP Certified'. We reproduce those words exactly as printed on the tile and make no statement about whether any kit satisfies any law, standard or workplace requirement, nor about what such a requirement is. We checked no standard, opened no box and tested no contents. If you need a kit that meets a legal obligation, verify it with the supplier and the relevant authority rather than with a shopping page.
