If you have received a wrong or damaged product, you can place a request for a return within 3 days from the date of delivery with the pictures of the wrong item delivered. Reviewing your replacement or return request, will take 48 hours and after reviewing the request, will send for the courier partner to collect the wrong delivered product. Refunds for the same returned products will be initiated immediately after receiving and reviewing the product.

Return and replacement are not available in the following cases:
