Shipping Charges

Orders are typically accepted and shipped in 2-3 working days. Delivery usually occurs between 5-7 working days after the order is sent. Orders below Rs. 1,999 are subject to a delivery charge of Rs. 99. No delivery fee refunds are processed in case any refund of the order is placed on the online app and website.

Cancellations

Cancel orders by navigating to the "My Account > Orders > Choose Product> Cancel" section of the online app and website. You also have the option to refuse delivery if the order has already left the fulfillment center and return it via the partner courier. After the product is delivered to the fulfillment center, a refund will be issued.
