WonderLa Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel bookings, visit the website and with your registered mobile number request an OTP and check your upcoming bookings to modify or cancel. Cancellation requests need to be made before 24 hours to avoid any cancellation fees. Bookings can be modified before midnight to the original booking date. The postponement date for bookings must be within 90 days and postponement can be made once per booking.

• If you cancel your booking before 48 hours, 95% of the original amount will be refunded in case of partial cancellation.
• If you cancel your booking within 48 hours, 85% of the amount will be refunded for partial cancellation.
