For Dmart Home delivery charges are Rs.49 or 3% of the order value whichever is higher. The collection of orders from DMart Ready Pick Up Point is completely free of cost. After receiving an online DMart order, it usually takes 24 hours to process the purchase. Every item, including gifts, will arrive with a bill that details its price. The dispatch time is not guaranteed, and any information provided on it is merely an estimate and should not be regarded as such.

Return And Refund Policy

Products purchased online can be returned for a refund at any DMart store within 7 days from the date of the invoice. Products can only be returned for a refund. Dmart online shopping does not provide any exchange. Products purchased online from a website or mobile app can be returned only at the DMart stores and cannot be returned at regular DMart stores. The Product shall not be delivered unless a payment for the purchase is made. The following types of products - once accepted cannot be returned and refunded:

• Perishable food items such as butter, cheese, dahi, vegetables, fruits, etc.
• Seasonal and Festive items such as decoration lights, gift packs, etc.
• Items purchased in bulk quantities
• Personal utility items such as undergarments, handkerchiefs, socks, and cosmetics,

Delivery costs for orders picked up from the DMart Pick Up Point are free. Enter your location, municipality, and PIN code on the DMart online app to find a DMart Ready Pick-Up Point. Choose "Pick Up Point" while choosing your delivery method. A list of DMart Ready Pick-Up Points will appear when you select this option. Additionally, you can use a PIN code to look for a DMart Ready Pick-Up Point. 

Q) What if I receive a different DMart product from my order?

You can return the item at the time of delivery or any DMart Ready Pick-Up Point within 7 days after delivery if you believe it is different from what you viewed online.
