Bewakoof's Terms of Service bind you from the moment you use the site - "by accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound". We read the full text on 23 October 2026.

The clause most worth knowing is about price. If a listing carries a typographical or pricing error, Bewakoof reserves the right to cancel the order "without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order)" - and if it does, it "may attempt" to contact you. A second clause lets it limit or cancel quantities by account, by card and by shipping address.

📅 Update log:
23 Oct 2026: first published. Every quotation read from bewakoof.com/terms-and-conditions on 23 October 2026, from India, logged out. This is the only Bewakoof policy URL that served to us; the linked Return Policy did not, so returns and refunds are deliberately not covered here. Nothing was purchased and Bewakoof was not contacted.

What this page covers, and what it does not

Bewakoof's Terms of Service are the contract you accept by using the site at all — "by accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service". We read the full text on 23 October 2026 from India, logged out.

One scope note up front, because it matters. This is the terms document, not the returns document. Bewakoof's Return Policy is referenced by link from these terms, and that page did not serve to us on the day we read this one. So nothing below tells you Bewakoof's return window, exchange rules or refund timelines, and we have not inferred them.

What the terms do set out is the set of powers Bewakoof reserves over your order, your account and the price you were shown.

The powers Bewakoof reserves, in its own words

PowerWhat the terms sayWhen
Cancel your order for its own pricing error"We reserve the right to correct any errors… and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information… is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order)."After you have paid
Limit or cancel quantities"We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order… restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address."At its sole discretion
Refuse any order"We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us" and to "limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors".At its sole judgment
Refuse service entirely"We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time."Any reason, any time
Terminate your account immediately"A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services."On any breach
Change prices without notice"Prices for our products are subject to change without notice… We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service."Any time, no liability
Change the terms themselves"Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes."By posting them
Read the first row with the sixth. Prices may be changed at any time without notice and without liability; and if a price shown was an error, the order can be cancelled after you have submitted it. Taken together that means a price on the site is an invitation, not a commitment, until the order is actually fulfilled — which is how most Indian e-commerce terms are written, and is worth knowing before you count on an unusually low listing.

How you find out

SituationWhat the terms promiseThe wording to notice
If Bewakoof changes or cancels your order"We may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.""May attempt", not will
If Bewakoof changes these terms"We will periodically inform you of any change" — and continued use is acceptance.Periodically
If you delete your account"You may delete your account at any time. However, we may maintain backup of your registration information for such time as may be required under applicable laws."Deletion is not erasure
Keep the phone number and email on your Bewakoof account current. If an order is changed or cancelled, the terms say Bewakoof "may attempt" to reach you on the details given at the time the order was made — so a stale number is a real risk, and "may attempt" is not a guarantee of contact.

Four things worth knowing before you buy

  • A sale price you cannot believe may not survive. Pricing errors are expressly correctable after the order is placed.
  • One offer per household, in effect. Quantities can be limited by account, card and address, which is how first-order and one-per-customer offers are enforced.
  • Your uploaded images and AI outputs are your risk. Bewakoof disclaims liability for user-uploaded images and asks you to accept that generative-AI output may be unreliable.
  • Deleting your account does not necessarily delete the record. A backup of registration information may be kept for as long as the law requires, with no period stated.
What this page does not tell you

This is a reading of one published document, and it is not legal advice. Every quotation on this page was read from bewakoof.com/terms-and-conditions on 23 October 2026, from India, as a logged-out visitor. Nothing was purchased, no account was created, no order was placed or cancelled and Bewakoof was not contacted. We are not lawyers.

We could not read the Return Policy. These terms refer to it by link, and it is the document that would actually govern returns, exchanges and refunds. It did not serve to us on the day we read the terms, so this page says nothing about return windows or refund timelines rather than guessing at them. The same applies to coupon-specific terms, which are not in this document.

Nothing here says Bewakoof's terms are improper or unusual. Reserving the right to correct pricing errors, to limit quantities per customer and to refuse orders from apparent resellers is standard across Indian and international e-commerce, and the quantity-limit clause exists largely to stop bulk buyers and multiple-account offer abuse. We have no evidence about how often, or how reasonably, any of these clauses is actually used, and we make no suggestion that ordinary customers are affected by them.

And terms change. These were the published terms on 23 October 2026, and the document itself says continued use after a change is acceptance of it. Read the live page before relying on anything here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Bewakoof cancel my order after I have paid?
Its terms say it can, if the listing information was wrong. Read on 23 October 2026: "Occasionally there may be information on our site… that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors… and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information… is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order)." Separately, it "reserves the right to refuse any order". On notification the wording is softer than you might expect: if it changes or cancels an order, "we may attempt to notify you" using the email, billing address or phone number given at the time of the order. This kind of clause is standard across Indian and global e-commerce, and nothing here suggests Bewakoof applies it unfairly - but it is worth knowing that a price that looks like a mistake may be treated as one.
Why would Bewakoof cancel orders from the same address or card?
Because its terms let it limit purchases per person, household, account, card or address. The clause reads: "We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address." It also reserves the right to "limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors". The practical reading: this is an anti-reseller and anti-offer-abuse clause, aimed at bulk buying and at multiple accounts claiming the same first-order offer. If you and a family member order to one address during a sale, you are inside the literal wording - we have no evidence Bewakoof acts on it in that situation, and we are not suggesting it does.
What do Bewakoof's terms say about its AI features?
There is an explicit generative-AI clause, which is still unusual in a clothing retailer's terms. It says that in the use of any generative AI features, "the user is aware of the possibility of inherent fallibility or unreliability of the output". Alongside it, Bewakoof "expressly disclaims any liability in relation to the images which are uploaded by users whether by themselves or by way of any third party tool available on the platform", and the user "declares that the image does not violate any third party intellectual property rights". If you use a design or customisation tool on the site, the terms put the intellectual property risk on you and the output risk on you too.
What happens to my data if I delete my Bewakoof account?
Deletion is not erasure, on the wording of these terms. "You may delete your account at any time. However, we may maintain backup of your registration information for such time as may be required under applicable laws." So the account goes and a backup of the registration data may remain, for a period the terms describe only by reference to legal requirement rather than by a number of months or years. The terms also warn that your content "may be transferred unencrypted" across networks, while stating that "credit card information is always encrypted during transfer". Retaining records for a statutory period is normal and often legally required; the point here is only that the page does not tell you how long.
Who operates Bewakoof and where would a dispute go?
Bewakoof Brands Private Limited, with CIN U74999MH2011PTC220994 and a registered office given as Godown #A5, Sairaj Logistic Hub, Savadnaka Road, Bhawale, Bhiwandi, Lonad, Thane, Maharashtra 421302. The terms state that they form an electronic record which "does not require any physical or digital signatures", and that by accessing any part of the site you agree to be bound by them. Note what this page is and is not: it is the Terms of Service. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled by a separate Return Policy that these terms refer to by link, and that document did not serve to us on 23 October 2026 - so nothing on this page describes Bewakoof's return window or refund timelines, and we have not guessed at them.

Nothing was purchased, no account was created, no order was placed or cancelled and Bewakoof was not contacted. This page is a reading of a published contract and is not legal advice; we are not lawyers. It covers the Terms of Service only - Bewakoof's separate Return Policy, which governs returns, exchanges and refunds, did not serve to this host on the date we read the terms, so no return window, refund timeline or coupon-specific rule is described here and none has been inferred. Nothing on this page asserts that Bewakoof's terms are improper, unusual or unfairly applied: reserving the right to correct pricing errors, to cap quantities per customer and to refuse orders that appear to come from resellers is standard practice across Indian and international e-commerce, and such clauses exist largely to prevent bulk buying and multiple-account offer abuse. We have no evidence about how frequently or how reasonably any clause is applied in practice, and nothing here suggests ordinary customers are affected. The terms state that continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of that change, so they can be revised at any time - read the live document before relying on anything here. Zoutons may earn a commission on purchases made through links on this page, which never affects what we report.
