A Myntra listing usually gives you two numbers to judge it by: what it costs and what other buyers made of it. On the apron and bath robe shelf, two listings in five only give you the first.
We read 64 listings on 20 October 2026. The median was Rs. 450, thirteen of them sat at exactly Rs. 499, and the dearest — a Rs. 7,499 bath robe — carried neither a discount nor a review.

📅 Update log:
20 October 2026 — First publication. Read the same day: myntra.com's /aprons and /bath-robes listing pages via a window.__myx parse, logged out, from India, with nothing purchased and Myntra not contacted; 64 distinct listings captured. Recorded from this read: prices from Rs. 270 to Rs. 7,499 with a median of Rs. 450 and 46 listings at or under Rs. 500; 13 listings at exactly Rs. 499 and seven at exactly Rs. 270; stated MRPs numbering 29 distinct values across 64 listings, with badges from 0% to 89% and a median of 67%; 25 of the 64 publishing no star average and no review count; seven separate Qmato listings all at Rs. 270 against a stated Rs. 699, all printed 61% off and all with zero ratings; four listings showing 0% off with stated MRP equal to selling price, namely CR7 Cristiano Ronaldo at Rs. 7,499, Home Centre at Rs. 499, SKANDA FAB at Rs. 349 and DESNUDA at Rs. 299; the CR7 bath robe being the dearest listing at 3.75 times the next dearest and 16.7 times the median, undiscounted and unrated; and bath robes otherwise running Rs. 691 to Rs. 1,999, including two HotGown waffle robes sharing an identical stated MRP of Rs. 5,497. We opened the listing photograph for 22 of the 64 and found one apparent mismatch - an "Ashmakam 2-Pcs Blue Printed Aprons" listing at Rs. 281 whose photograph shows what appears to be a nursing or feeding cover - reported, not excluded. The other 42 photographs were not opened. Coverage checked before writing: the Myntra night-suit shelf and its shared-rating-pool angle are already blogs 2015 and 2018 and are not revisited here.
Two listings in five carry no rating at all
We read Myntra's own apron and bath robe listing pages on 20 October 2026 — 64 distinct listings, logged out, from India, nothing purchased.
Twenty-five of them publish no star average and no review count. That is 39% of the shelf, and it is unusual for Myntra, which returns both on most clothing shelves and often over thousands of reviews.
It changes how you have to shop the page. On two listings in five there is no second number to break a tie — only the price, and the prices here bunch hard. Thirteen listings sit at exactly Rs. 499 and seven more at exactly Rs. 270.
The shape of the shelf
| Measure | Value | Note |
|---|
| Listings read | 64 | Myntra's own /aprons and /bath-robes listing pages |
| Publishing a star average and count | 39 of 64 | — |
| Publishing no rating at all | 25 of 64 (39%) | No second number to rank by on two listings in five |
| Cheapest listing | Rs. 270 | A Qmato set of 2 waterproof aprons - unrated |
| Dearest listing | Rs. 7,499 | A CR7 Cristiano Ronaldo cotton bath robe - 0% off, unrated |
| Median price | Rs. 450 | 46 of 64 sell at or under Rs. 500 |
| Badge range | 0% to 89% | Median 67% |
| Listings showing 0% off | 4 | Stated MRP exactly equal to the selling price |
| Distinct stated MRPs | 29 across 64 listings | — |
| Listings at exactly Rs. 499 | 13 | Plus 7 more at exactly Rs. 270 - 20 of 64 on two price points |
This is an inexpensive aisle with one extreme outlier. The median listing is Rs. 450 and 46 of 64 sell at or under Rs. 500 — then a single bath robe at Rs. 7,499, 16.7 times the median and 3.75 times the next dearest thing on the shelf.
The badge spans the entire possible range, 0% to 89%, against only 29 distinct stated MRPs across 64 listings. As always, that percentage is arithmetic on a figure the brand chooses and you never pay.
Seven tiles, one apron
| Listing | Price | Stated MRP | Badge | Ratings |
|---|
| Qmato set of 2 black waterproof aprons | Rs. 270 | Rs. 699 | 61% | 0 |
| Qmato set of 2 black waterproof aprons | Rs. 270 | Rs. 699 | 61% | 0 |
| Qmato set of 2 black waterproof aprons | Rs. 270 | Rs. 699 | 61% | 0 |
| Qmato set of 2 black waterproof aprons | Rs. 270 | Rs. 699 | 61% | 0 |
| Qmato set of 2 black waterproof aprons | Rs. 270 | Rs. 699 | 61% | 0 |
| Qmato set of 2 black waterproof aprons | Rs. 270 | Rs. 699 | 61% | 0 |
| Qmato set of 2 black waterproof aprons | Rs. 270 | Rs. 699 | 61% | 0 |
Every row above is a separate listing. Same price, same stated MRP, same badge, same zero rating count — seven times. They are almost certainly colour or pattern variants of one two-pack, listed individually, which is ordinary retail and not something we are criticising.
The point is about reading a results page. Seven of 64 listings — better than one in ten — are the same product at the same price. A shelf that looks like 64 choices is nearer 55, and the apparent abundance at the Rs. 270 price point is one item.
The four listings with no discount at all
| Listing | Price | Stated MRP | Badge | Rating |
|---|
| CR7 Cristiano Ronaldo cotton bath robe | Rs. 7,499 | Rs. 7,499 | 0% | None published |
| Home Centre Nesta taupe cotton apron | Rs. 499 | Rs. 499 | 0% | None published |
| SKANDA FAB yellow pure cotton adjustable apron | Rs. 349 | Rs. 349 | 0% | None published |
| DESNUDA unisex 2-piece checked apron | Rs. 299 | Rs. 299 | 0% | None published |
A 0% badge is not a worse deal; it is a brand whose stated maximum retail price is what it actually charges. Home Centre's apron at Rs. 499 costs exactly the same as the thirteen other Rs. 499 listings on this shelf, several of which advertise large discounts.
The CR7 robe is the one worth pausing on. At Rs. 7,499 it is the dearest listing here by 3.75 times, it carries no discount, and it publishes no rating — so neither of the two signals a listing page normally gives you is present. That is an observation about the listing, not about the robe, which we have not handled and make no claim about. Licensed-name products command a premium everywhere; this one simply offers nothing else to weigh it against.
What a bath robe costs, from Rs. 691 up
| Listing | Price | Stated MRP | Badge |
|---|
| CR7 Cristiano Ronaldo cotton bath robe | Rs. 7,499 | Rs. 7,499 | 0% |
| Creeva cotton knee-length bath robe | Rs. 1,999 | Rs. 4,299 | 54% |
| HotGown waffle white floral cotton robe | Rs. 1,480 | Rs. 5,497 | 73% |
| HotGown waffle beige paisley cotton robe | Rs. 1,364 | Rs. 5,497 | 75% |
| Jinaya's printed waffled cotton knee-length robe | Rs. 1,222 | Rs. 2,199 | 44% |
| Myntra Elegant Homes red knee-length robe | Rs. 964 | Rs. 4,999 | 81% |
| RANGOLI women sunshine cotton drawstring robe | Rs. 849 | Rs. 3,999 | 79% |
| KLOTTHE cotton knee-length bath robe | Rs. 691 | Rs. 4,159 | 83% |
Strip out the CR7 outlier and the robe half of this shelf runs from Rs. 691 to Rs. 1,999 — a narrow, sensible band for a cotton knee-length robe, whatever the stated MRPs alongside them suggest.
Those stated MRPs do a lot of work. The KLOTTHE robe at Rs. 691 prints 83% off a stated Rs. 4,159; the Creeva at Rs. 1,999 prints 54% off Rs. 4,299. The robe with the smaller badge costs nearly three times as much. Two HotGown waffle robes share an identical stated MRP of Rs. 5,497 at Rs. 1,480 and Rs. 1,364, so their badges differ by two points purely because the prices differ.
None of this makes a stated MRP false and no wrongdoing is alleged. It is simply why the rupee column is the one to read.
One listing is not what it is sold as
We opened the listing photographs for 22 of the 64. One of them — sold as "Ashmakam 2-Pcs Blue Printed Aprons" at Rs. 281 — shows what appears to be a nursing or feeding cover rather than a kitchen apron. We report it rather than quietly counting it, and we are not suggesting the seller intended to mislead: the two garments share a shape, and listing text is often written to match a category.
We did not open the photographs for the other 42 listings, so we cannot promise it is the only one. On a shelf where two in five listings carry no rating, the photograph is doing more work than usual — it is worth a proper look before you buy.
What this page does not tell you
This is a price read, not a product review. We did not handle, wear, wash or weigh anything, and we make no claim about fabric, GSM, absorbency, stitching, waterproofing or sizing. Phrases such as "Pure Cotton", "Waffle", "550 GSM" and "Waterproof" above are the listings' own printed descriptions, reproduced and not verified.
Nor does it tell you today's price. Every figure here was returned by Myntra on the morning of 20 October 2026. Check the live listing before buying, compare the rupee figures rather than the badges, and on the 39% of this shelf that publishes no rating, give the photograph the attention the stars would otherwise have had.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does an apron cost on Myntra?
Usually under Rs. 500. Across the 64 listings we read on the apron and bath robe shelves, the median price was Rs. 450 and 46 of 64 sold at or under Rs. 500. The prices also bunch hard on round numbers: 13 listings sat at exactly Rs. 499 and seven more at exactly Rs. 270, so a fifth of the whole shelf occupied just two price points. The cheapest was a Qmato two-pack at Rs. 270; most single printed cotton aprons ran Rs. 280 to Rs. 430, and two-piece sets a little more. Bath robes are the expensive half of this shelf, from about Rs. 690 upward.
Why do so many of these listings have no rating?
We cannot tell you why, only that they do. Twenty-five of the 64 listings — 39%, two in five — published neither a star average nor a review count. That stands out because Myntra usually returns both, often over thousands of reviews, on its clothing shelves. The likeliest ordinary explanation is simply that these are newer or lower-volume home listings that have not accumulated reviews yet, and we are not suggesting anything improper. The practical consequence is what matters: on two listings in five there is no second number to break a tie, so the price and the photograph are all you have.
Why does the same Qmato apron appear seven times?
It appears as seven separate listings with identical figures. All seven are priced at Rs. 270 against a stated MRP of Rs. 699, all print 61% off, and all seven publish zero ratings. They are in all likelihood different colour or pattern variants of one two-pack, listed individually — which is ordinary retail, not a defect, and we allege nothing. But it does mean that a results page can look busier than the choice actually is. Seven of the 64 listings on this shelf, better than one in ten, are the same product at the same price. Counting tiles is not the same as counting options.
Is the Rs. 7,499 Cristiano Ronaldo bath robe the best one?
Nothing on the page says so. The CR7 cotton bath robe is the dearest listing on this shelf by a distance — Rs. 7,499, against Rs. 1,999 for the next dearest and a shelf median of Rs. 450. It is 16.7 times the median, and it is also one of only four listings showing 0% off, with its stated MRP equal to its selling price. It publishes no rating. So there is no discount signal and no review signal attached to it: what you are buying at that price, on the evidence of the listing alone, includes a licensed name. We did not handle it and make no claim about its quality either way — it may well be an excellent robe. We are only pointing out that the listing gives you nothing to judge it by.
Does a 0% badge mean you are being overcharged?
No — if anything it is the more honest display. Four listings here show a stated MRP exactly equal to the selling price: CR7 at Rs. 7,499, Home Centre at Rs. 499, SKANDA FAB at Rs. 349 and DESNUDA at Rs. 299. A brand that sets its maximum retail price at what it actually charges has nothing to discount from, so the badge reads 0%. Compare that with listings on the same shelf printing 83% off a stated Rs. 4,159 and landing at Rs. 691. The Home Centre apron at Rs. 499 with no badge and the many Rs. 499 listings carrying large badges cost you the same money. Rank by the rupee figure; the percentage is arithmetic on a number you never pay.

PRICES MOVE — check the live listing before buying. THIS IS A PRICE READ, NOT A PRODUCT REVIEW. We did not handle, wear, wash or weigh any item, and we make NO claim about fabric, GSM, absorbency, stitching quality, waterproofing, sizing or durability. Descriptions such as "Pure Cotton", "Waffle", "550 GSM" and "Waterproof" are the listings' own printed words, reproduced unverified. NO STATED MRP IS CALLED FALSE AND NO WRONGDOING BY ANY BRAND, SELLER OR BY MYNTRA IS ALLEGED. A maximum retail price is a maximum that brands are entitled to set. Listings sharing a product name, price and stated MRP are in all likelihood separate colour or pattern variants listed individually, which is ordinary retail. The absence of a rating on a listing is reported as a fact about the page, not as a judgement on the product — newer or lower-volume listings simply may not have accumulated reviews. We make no claim about the quality of the CR7 Cristiano Ronaldo bath robe or any other named product; we report only what its listing published. We opened 22 of the 64 listing photographs and flag one apparent category mismatch; the other 42 were not checked, so we cannot confirm it is the only one, and we do not suggest the seller intended to mislead. What Myntra publishes at the time you buy prevails over anything here.
