Thirty-two clutch listings read on 1 October, matched on their published rating counts. Five groups turn out to be one product; two of them cost different amounts.
A clutch is the one accessory nobody comparison-shops, which makes this shelf worth reading twice. Two listings here are both called 'Mochi Embellished Box Clutch', both state an MRP of Rs. 1,690, and both publish 4.6 stars from exactly 688 ratings - at Rs. 845 and Rs. 929. An identical rating count on two tiles is how you spot one product listed twice, and this shelf does it five times over. Below: every matched group, the twelve listings one label holds, and the Rs. 4,999 MRPs.
Every price below was pulled from Myntra on October 1, 2026 and checked against the MRP on the listing. Stack them with the live codes on our Myntra coupons page, which the deals desk re-verifies daily.
Five groups of tiles on this shelf publish an identical star average and an identical rating count - the fingerprint of one product listed more than once. Two of those groups disagree on price, and one of them by Rs. 84.
A Mochi embellished box clutch at Rs. 845, with 688 ratings at 4.6.
Why it earned its spot The tile to open, of two that publish the same rating pool.
The dearer Mochi tile: same printed name, same stated MRP, same rating pool.
Why it earned its spot The one to avoid, unless you want this exact colour.
A brown Mochi clutch at Rs. 709, 4.6 from 1,429.
Why it earned its spot The cheaper half of a second matched pair.
The other half of the pair, in yellow and brown, at Rs. 774.
Why it earned its spot Where the colour costs Rs. 65.
Lavie's Cheer framed clutch at Rs. 649, 4.5 from 9,543.
Why it earned its spot More evidence than anything else here, by a factor of two.
Lavie's Shaya structured potli at Rs. 699, 4.5 from 5,857.
Why it earned its spot The best-evidenced potli, for the ethnic outfit a box clutch does not suit.
Myntra's own ethnic label dominates this shelf, and its tiles repeat: three Lushira clutches four rupees apart, two 'Embellished Box Clutch' listings with stated MRPs a thousand rupees apart, and two identically named tiles that publish no ratings at all.
An ANOUK Lushira clutch at Rs. 455, 4.7 from 155.
Why it earned its spot The cheapest of three near-identical tiles.
The third Lushira tile, at Rs. 459.
Why it earned its spot The harmless end of the duplication pattern.
An Anouk embellished box clutch at Rs. 446, with 30 ratings at 4.6.
Why it earned its spot The floor of the shelf.
Another Anouk embellished box clutch, Rs. 499 against a stated Rs. 2,499.
Why it earned its spot Same printed name as card 09, Rs. 1,000 more on the MRP.
An Anouk embroidered box clutch at Rs. 499, with nothing behind it.
Why it earned its spot Half of the one pair this page refuses to call a pair.
The same printed name as card 11, Rs. 707 more, and nothing published.
Why it earned its spot The most expensive listing in the read and the least evidenced.
Anouk's white embroidered box clutch at Rs. 799, 4.7 from 907.
Why it earned its spot The biggest discount here, and a 6.26x stated multiple behind it.
Anouk's gold-toned embellished potli at Rs. 876.
Why it earned its spot The alternative to the Lavie potli, with a tenth of the ratings.
Outside the two dominant labels, the counts are smaller and the badges are more believable. Including the cheapest listing here with four-figure evidence behind it, and the fifth tile sharing one house MRP of Rs. 1,690.
DressBerry's croco-textured clutch at Rs. 490, 4.2 from 4,226.
Why it earned its spot The cheapest listing here with four-figure evidence behind it.
Anekaant's half-moon clutch at Rs. 637, against a plausible stated MRP.
Why it earned its spot What a credible list price looks like on this shelf.
THE TAN CLAN's Mughal embroidered box clutch, 4.5 from 716.
Why it earned its spot The best-evidenced non-Anouk embroidered clutch here.
Toobacraft's shell-shaped envelope clutch, 4.4 from 259.
Why it earned its spot The second Rs. 4,999 stated MRP on the shelf.
Metro's textured purse clutch at Rs. 929, against the same Rs. 1,690.
Why it earned its spot One stated MRP, five listings, two brands.
An embroidered box clutch at Rs. 1,149, 4.6 from 577.
Why it earned its spot The top of the shelf, with evidence and a modest badge.
First: compare the rating counts, not the stars. Twenty-seven of these 32 listings publish a rating and the median average is 4.5, so the stars separate almost nothing - but the counts run from 19 to 9,543. A 4.2 from 4,226 people is better evidence than a 4.7 from 19, and on this shelf the two sit a few hundred rupees apart. Second: treat an identical rating count as a duplicate flag. Five groups here share one - 155, 688, 1,429, 5,857 and 9,543 - and in two of those groups the tiles are priced differently. Search the exact product name before you buy and see how many cards come back. Third: ignore the badge, which on this shelf measures the stated MRP. Five listings share a stated Rs. 1,690 across two brands; two state Rs. 4,999 and produce the two deepest discounts in the read. The smallest badges here, 41% and 47%, sit on the most plausible list prices. Fourth: check whether the thing is a box clutch or a potli before comparing prices at all. A potli is a drawstring pouch for a lehenga or saree and a box clutch is a structured case; both come back on one shelf, and the best-evidenced potli here is cheaper than the best-evidenced box clutch.

Each selling price, stated MRP, discount badge, star average and rating count on this page was read on 1 October 2026 from myntra.com/clutches, logged out, in India, with nothing purchased. Thirty-two products were returned and 20 are seated. Nothing was bought, handled or opened.
Where we say two listings are the same product, the claim rests on both publishing the identical star average and the identical rating count - 688, 1,429, 155, 9,543, 5,857 - which on a marketplace means they share one review pool. That is an observation about published figures, not a claim that we have handled either bag, and variant listings sharing a pool is ordinary practice.
Two Anouk tiles print the identical name at Rs. 499 and Rs. 1,206 and neither publishes a rating. With no shared pool to check against, we expressly do NOT present them as one bag at two prices. They are seated and the uncertainty is stated on both cards, because the shelf does show two cards with one name.
Five listings state a maximum retail price of exactly Rs. 1,690 at selling prices from Rs. 845 to Rs. 1,014, across two labels; two more state exactly Rs. 4,999. Where we describe a badge as uninformative, we mean specifically that it is computed from a figure several listings share - an observation about a data field.
'Embellished', 'embroidered', 'crystal clasp', 'croco textured', 'anti tarnish' and every material and dimension on these cards are the listings' own printed text, reproduced as printed. We did not buy, unbox, carry, open or empty any clutch on this page, and nothing here says any of them is well made or will last.
Because it is listed more than once, usually as a colourway, and the tiles do not always agree. In this 1 October 2026 read, two listings called 'Mochi Embellished Box Clutch' both stated an MRP of Rs. 1,690 and both published 4.6 stars from exactly 688 ratings - at Rs. 845 and Rs. 929. A second Mochi pair shared 1,429 ratings at Rs. 709 and Rs. 774. An identical rating count means the tiles share one review pool, which is ordinary marketplace practice and nothing improper - but opening the first card you see can cost you 10%.
In this read of 32 listings, Rs. 446 to Rs. 1,206 with a median of Rs. 762, and 29 of the 32 were under Rs. 1,000. The median discount badge was 70% and the stated MRPs ran up to Rs. 4,999. The cheapest listing was an Anouk embellished box clutch at Rs. 446 with 30 ratings; the cheapest with serious evidence behind it was a DressBerry at Rs. 490 with 4,226 ratings at 4.2. These figures describe the products the shelf returned on that date, not Myntra's full catalogue.
Lavie's Cheer small framed clutch at Rs. 649, with 9,543 ratings at 4.5, followed by the same brand's Shaya structured potli at Rs. 699 with 5,857 at 4.5 and a DressBerry croco-textured clutch at Rs. 490 with 4,226 at 4.2. Both Lavie listings appeared twice in the read at exactly the same price, which is the harmless version of this shelf's duplication - nothing is lost by opening the wrong card. We did not buy or carry any of them; these are the figures the listings publish.
Because the badge is computed from a stated MRP that several listings share or that sits far above the asking price. Two listings in this read state a maximum retail price of exactly Rs. 4,999, at Rs. 799 and Rs. 890, producing the two deepest badges on the shelf at 84% and 82% - multiples of 6.26x and 5.62x. Five more listings, across two different brands, share a stated MRP of exactly Rs. 1,690. An MRP is a figure the listing displays and we have not verified that any bag was ever sold at one; no wrongdoing by Myntra or any brand is alleged.
They are different things and this page has no view on which suits an outfit. What the shelf shows is that the potli is better evidenced and cheaper: Lavie's Shaya potli is Rs. 699 with 5,857 ratings at 4.5, while the best-rated box clutch at a comparable price is Rs. 799 with 907. An Anouk gold-toned potli at Rs. 876 carries 853. A potli is a soft drawstring pouch and a box clutch is a structured case, so capacity and formality differ - we have handled none of them and every material claim here is the listing's own.
