Reliance Digital documents its card offers more thoroughly than almost any retailer we read — 428 terms pages listed in its own sitemap, each with a full slab table, dates, caps and named exclusions. We read fifteen of them on 25 October 2026.
The gap is not between the terms and the truth. It is between the banner and the table. "Up to 15000 Instant Discount" pays Rs. 1,500 at the offer's own minimum qualifying spend, and the headline figure requires a Rs. 2,00,000 transaction on credit card EMI. Here is every slab, cap and exclusion, transcribed.
📅 Update log:
25 Oct 2026: first published. Every slab, cap, minimum spend, date and exclusion on this page was transcribed from reliancedigital.in's own /page/ terms-and-conditions documents, located via the store's own /sitemap/pages.sitemap.xml and read by plain fetch on 25 October 2026, logged out, from India. Nothing was purchased and no card or UPI transaction was made. Offer status (live or expired) is taken from the offer period stated on each page and assessed against 25 October 2026.
Reliance Digital publishes the full terms of every card offer it runs as a separate page on its own site. We found 428 of them listed in the store's own sitemap and read fifteen on 25 October 2026. Every slab, cap, date, minimum and exclusion on this page is transcribed from those documents.
The short version: the "up to" figure in a Reliance Digital bank offer is the number you reach in the top slab, and the top slab usually means spending two lakh rupees. On the store's festive SBI offer, "Up to 15000 Instant Discount" pays Rs. 1,500 at the offer's own minimum qualifying spend of Rs. 15,000. You have to spend 133 times the minimum to see the headline.
Which Reliance Digital card offers are actually running on 25 October 2026
Most of the offer pages indexed on the site have expired but remain live URLs, which is worth knowing before you plan a purchase around one. Here is the state of all six multi-slab or percentage offers we read, with the dates exactly as each page states them.
| Offer | Cards | Headline | Key conditions | Status on 25 Oct 2026 |
|---|
| Instant bank discount, select appliances | SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis — credit and debit | Up to Rs. 10,000 | Min cart Rs. 10,000, non-EMI only, twice per card | Live — 7 Oct to 30 Nov 2026 |
| HDFC deal on iPhone 17 Pro / Pro Max / Air | HDFC credit cards only | Up to Rs. 6,000 | Those three models only, 6-month+ tenure, once per card | Live — 7 Oct to 30 Oct 2026 |
| Festive bank offer | SBI credit cards | Up to Rs. 15,000 | Min Rs. 15,000, once per card | Ended 20 Oct 2026 |
| Festive multibank offer | IDFC FIRST, Kotak Mahindra, RBL | Up to Rs. 15,000 | Min Rs. 10,000, once per card | Ended 13 Oct 2026 |
| Bank offer (Axis, then Kotak) | Axis, then Kotak credit cards | Up to Rs. 6,000 | Min Rs. 10,000, once per card per transaction type | Ended 30 Sep 2026 |
| Full swipe offer | HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis credit cards | Up to Rs. 10,000 | Min Rs. 5,000, non-EMI, five times per card | Ended 30 Sep 2026 |
Two offers are live today. The one that matters for appliances is the instant bank discount: up to Rs. 10,000 with SBI, HDFC, ICICI or Axis credit and debit cards, minimum cart Rs. 10,000, 7 October to 30 November 2026, usable twice per card. It is the only offer we read that accepts debit cards, and the only one running past October. Its terms state it applies to "select appliances, refer product page for details" and is not applicable on EMI transactions.
What the festive SBI slab table actually pays
This is the clearest example of the pattern, and the figures are Reliance Digital's own. The offer ran 14 to 20 October 2026 and was advertised as "Up to 15000 Instant Discount with SBI Credit Cards".
| Transaction amount | Credit card full swipe | Credit card EMI |
|---|
| Rs. 15,000 – 49,999 | 7.5%, capped at Rs. 1,500 | 7.5%, capped at Rs. 2,500 |
| Rs. 50,000 – 99,999 | Flat Rs. 3,000 | Flat Rs. 3,500 |
| Rs. 1,00,000 – 1,99,999 | Flat Rs. 5,000 | Flat Rs. 7,000 |
| Rs. 2,00,000 and above | Flat Rs. 10,000 | Flat Rs. 15,000 — the headline |
Read the first row against the last. The offer's minimum qualifying transaction is Rs. 15,000 and at that level it pays Rs. 1,500 on a full swipe. The advertised Rs. 15,000 appears only on credit card EMI at Rs. 2,00,000 and above. Between those two points the headline overstates the benefit by a factor of ten.
The percentage you actually get, slab by slab
Because the slabs are flat amounts above Rs. 50,000, the effective discount falls as you spend more within a slab and then jumps at each boundary. The right-hand column shows how much of the Rs. 15,000 headline you are actually collecting.
| You spend | Full swipe gets you | Credit card EMI gets you | Share of the Rs. 15,000 headline |
|---|
| Rs. 15,000 | Rs. 1,500 (7.5%) | Rs. 2,500 (7.5%) | 10% |
| Rs. 30,000 | Rs. 1,500 (5.0%) | Rs. 2,500 (8.3%) | 10% |
| Rs. 49,999 | Rs. 1,500 (3.0%) | Rs. 2,500 (5.0%) | 10% |
| Rs. 50,000 | Rs. 3,000 (6.0%) | Rs. 3,500 (7.0%) | 23% |
| Rs. 99,999 | Rs. 3,000 (3.0%) | Rs. 3,500 (3.5%) | 23% |
| Rs. 1,00,000 | Rs. 5,000 (5.0%) | Rs. 7,000 (7.0%) | 47% |
| Rs. 1,99,999 | Rs. 5,000 (2.5%) | Rs. 7,000 (3.5%) | 47% |
| Rs. 2,00,000 | Rs. 10,000 (5.0%) | Rs. 15,000 (7.5%) | 100% |
The boundaries are worth a few thousand rupees. On this table, spending Rs. 50,000 instead of Rs. 49,999 doubles the full-swipe benefit from Rs. 1,500 to Rs. 3,000, and Rs. 1,00,000 instead of Rs. 99,999 moves it from Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 5,000. If your basket is sitting just under a slab line, one rupee is the most valuable rupee in the transaction. Equally, spending Rs. 99,999 rather than Rs. 50,000 adds nothing at all to the discount.
The caps the other banks published
The same structure appears on every multi-bank offer, at different numbers. The festive multibank offer (IDFC FIRST, Kotak Mahindra and RBL) ran 2 to 13 October 2026 and was also headlined "Up to 15000".
| Transaction slab | Credit card full swipe | Kotak credit card EMI |
|---|
| Rs. 10,000 – 49,999.99 | 7.5%, capped at Rs. 2,000 | 7.5%, capped at Rs. 15,000 (see note below) |
| Rs. 50,000 – 99,999.99 | Flat Rs. 3,000 | — |
| Rs. 1,00,000 – 1,99,999.99 | Flat Rs. 6,000 | — |
| Rs. 2,00,000 and above | Flat Rs. 12,000 | — |
A note on that Rs. 15,000 cap, reported exactly as published. The page gives "7.5% up to 15000" for Kotak credit card EMI in the Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 49,999.99 slab. Seven and a half per cent of Rs. 49,999.99 is Rs. 3,750, so a Rs. 15,000 cap cannot be reached anywhere inside that slab. We are transcribing the store's own table and noting the arithmetic rather than guessing at what was meant - if you were relying on that line, it is worth asking the store directly. The offer has in any case expired.
The Axis bank offer, which ran through September 2026 and was headlined "Up to 6000", used a third set of numbers. A separate Kotak table on the same page carried identical figures for 12 to 20 September.
| Transaction slab | Credit card | Credit card EMI |
|---|
| Rs. 10,000 – 49,999.99 | 7.5%, capped at Rs. 1,000 | 7.5%, capped at Rs. 3,000 |
| Rs. 50,000 – 99,999.99 | Flat Rs. 2,500 | — |
| Rs. 1,00,000 and above | Flat Rs. 5,000 | Flat Rs. 6,000 |
And the one card offer still live today for phones - the HDFC deal, 7 to 30 October 2026 - applies to exactly three models: the iPhone 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max and iPhone Air. It is the only offer we read that bundles a No Cost EMI benefit with an instant discount.
| Transaction slab | Credit card full swipe | Credit card EMI |
|---|
| Rs. 50,000 – 99,999.99 | Flat Rs. 3,000 | Flat Rs. 4,000 + 6-month No Cost EMI |
| Rs. 1,00,000 and above | Flat Rs. 5,000 | Flat Rs. 6,000 + 6-month No Cost EMI |
The exclusion that costs the most: you cannot stack No Cost EMI
One line appears in identical wording on the SBI, multibank, Axis, Kotak and instant-discount terms: "Offer is NOT applicable on Brand subvented transactions (No Cost EMI transactions)". A brand-subvented transaction is what makes No Cost EMI free - the brand absorbs the interest.
So on almost every Reliance Digital offer you are choosing between the bank's instant discount and the product's No Cost EMI, not collecting both. The product page shows both in the same Finance Offers panel and does not say they are exclusive. The HDFC iPhone deal is the single exception we found, and it says so explicitly by granting "Flat 4,000 + 6-month NCE" as one combined benefit.
The other exclusions, transcribed from the offer pages
- Once per card. The SBI festive, multibank and HDFC offers are each stated as "applicable only once per card during the offer period". The live instant-discount offer allows twice per card; the expired full-swipe offer allowed five times.
- No clubbing. Every page carries "Offer cannot be clubbed with any other cashback / discount offer", and several add that where another such offer exists, this one simply will not apply.
- No corporate or commercial cards. Stated on the SBI, multibank, Axis and HDFC offers.
- Two SBI products are named and excluded on the live instant discount: the Paytm SBI Card and the Cashback SBI Card.
- "Select products" everywhere. Each page says the offer is "NOT applicable on select products, please check product page for eligibility" - so no offer page can tell you whether the item in your basket qualifies. The product page is the only place that can.
- Net of returns. The minimum spend is assessed "net of returns / refunds / part payments / merchant discounts" in a single bill.
What this means if you are buying this week
- For an appliance or TV: the live offer is up to Rs. 10,000 instant discount with SBI, HDFC, ICICI or Axis, credit or debit, minimum cart Rs. 10,000, non-EMI only, usable twice per card, running to 30 November 2026. Check the product page to confirm your specific item is in the "select appliances" list.
- For an iPhone 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max or iPhone Air: HDFC credit cards, flat Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 6,000 depending on slab and payment type, plus a 6-month No Cost EMI on the EMI route. Ends 30 October 2026.
- If the item carries No Cost EMI: work out both routes before you pay. The bank instant discount is excluded on No Cost EMI transactions, so the question is whether the discount is worth more to you than the deferred interest.
- If your basket is near a slab line: on the flat-amount slabs, crossing Rs. 50,000 or Rs. 1,00,000 is worth Rs. 1,500 to Rs. 2,000 more than stopping a rupee short.
The honest summary
Reliance Digital documents its card offers unusually thoroughly - 428 terms pages on its own sitemap, each with a full slab table, dates, caps and named exclusions. Nothing here is hidden and nothing here is improper. The gap is between the banner and the table.
Treat "Up to Rs. 15,000" as "Rs. 1,500 unless you are spending six figures", assume the instant discount and No Cost EMI cannot be combined, and check the product page for whether your item is in the eligible list at all - because no offer page will tell you. On a Rs. 30,000 television the realistic benefit today is Rs. 3,000 on the live 10% instant-discount offer, not Rs. 15,000.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much discount do you actually get with the Reliance Digital bank offer?
Far less than the headline, unless you are spending six figures. Taking Reliance Digital's own festive SBI slab table, read from its terms page on 25 October 2026: at the offer's minimum qualifying spend of Rs. 15,000 you get 7.5% capped at Rs. 1,500. The advertised Rs. 15,000 appears only at transactions of Rs. 2,00,000 and above, and only on credit card EMI. In between: Rs. 50,000-99,999 pays a flat Rs. 3,000 (full swipe) or Rs. 3,500 (EMI), and Rs. 1,00,000-1,99,999 pays a flat Rs. 5,000 or Rs. 7,000. Because the upper slabs are flat amounts, the effective percentage falls as you spend more within a slab - Rs. 3,000 is 6% of Rs. 50,000 but 3% of Rs. 99,999. On the offer actually live today, the realistic figure on a Rs. 30,000 appliance is Rs. 3,000 under the 10%-up-to-Rs. 10,000 instant discount.
Which bank card offer is live on Reliance Digital right now?
As read from the store's own terms pages on 25 October 2026, two are running. First, the instant bank discount: up to Rs. 10,000 with SBI, HDFC, ICICI and Axis credit and debit cards, minimum cart value Rs. 10,000, non-EMI transactions only, usable twice per card, running 7 October to 30 November 2026 on "select appliances". It is the only offer we read that accepts debit cards. Second, an HDFC credit card deal on the iPhone 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max and iPhone Air only: flat Rs. 3,000 (Rs. 50,000-99,999.99) or Rs. 5,000 (Rs. 1,00,000+) on full swipe, or Rs. 4,000 / Rs. 6,000 plus a 6-month No Cost EMI on the EMI route, ending 30 October 2026. Several other offer pages are still live, indexed URLs but have expired - the SBI festive offer ended 20 October, the multibank 13 October, and the Axis, Kotak and full-swipe offers on 30 September. Check the date on the terms page before planning around one.
Can you combine the Reliance Digital bank discount with No Cost EMI?
No, and this is the single most expensive thing to get wrong. The line "Offer is NOT applicable on Brand subvented transactions (No Cost EMI transactions)" appears in identical wording on the SBI festive, multibank, Axis, Kotak and instant-discount terms pages. A brand-subvented transaction is precisely what makes No Cost EMI free - the brand pays the interest - so taking it disqualifies the bank's instant discount. The difficulty is that a Reliance Digital product page displays both in the same Finance Offers panel and does not state that they are mutually exclusive. Work out both routes before paying: on a Rs. 50,000 purchase the instant discount is worth Rs. 3,000 today, which you weigh against the interest you would otherwise defer. The one exception we found is the HDFC iPhone deal running to 30 October 2026, which explicitly grants "Flat 4,000 + 6-month NCE" as a single combined benefit.
Does the Reliance Digital offer work on every product?
No, and no offer page can tell you which. Every one of the fifteen terms documents we read carries the line "Offer is NOT applicable on select products, please check product page for eligibility". The live instant-discount offer is narrower still: its own terms limit it to "Select appliances*, refer product page for details" with a maximum discount of Rs. 10,000. So the sequence is always the same - the banner gives you a number, the terms page gives you the slab, and only the product page tells you whether your item qualifies at all. Alongside that, the offers exclude corporate and commercial credit cards, cannot be clubbed with any other cashback or discount offer, and the live instant discount specifically names and excludes the Paytm SBI Card and the Cashback SBI Card. Minimum spends are assessed net of returns, refunds and part payments in a single bill.
Is it better to pay by UPI or by card at Reliance Digital?
It depends entirely on the basket size, because the caps differ by an order of magnitude. The live UPI offer, running 28 September to 31 December 2026, pays up to Rs. 2,000 on a minimum spend of Rs. 5,000 (maximum Rs. 2,00,000), and is not applicable on EMI transactions. The live card instant discount pays up to Rs. 10,000 on a minimum cart of Rs. 10,000, also non-EMI, and accepts debit as well as credit cards from SBI, HDFC, ICICI and Axis. So for anything above roughly Rs. 20,000 the card route has a materially higher ceiling; below Rs. 5,000 neither applies. As always the two cannot be clubbed - every page carries the no-clubbing clause - so this is a choice, not a stack. Both discounts appear at the payment stage after you enter the card or UPI details, rather than being deducted from the listed price.
Prices & codes last verified: October 25, 2026
Every slab, cap, percentage, minimum spend, offer period and exclusion on this page was transcribed from Reliance Digital's own terms-and-conditions pages at reliancedigital.in/page/, located through the store's own sitemap and read by plain fetch on 25 October 2026, logged out, from India. Nothing was purchased, no card was used and no UPI transaction was made, so no figure here has been confirmed at an actual checkout. Whether a given offer applies to a given product cannot be established from any offer page - every one of them states that the offer is not applicable on select products and directs the reader to the product page, and we have not verified eligibility for any specific item. Offer status is assessed against the dates each page itself states and against 25 October 2026; offers can be extended, withdrawn or amended by the store or the partner bank at any time without notice, and several expired offers remain live indexed URLs on the site. Where we note that a published cap cannot be reached within its own slab, we are reporting the store's table as published and the arithmetic that follows from it — nothing here alleges that any figure is deliberately misleading, improper or unlawful, and a shopper relying on such a line should confirm it with the store or bank directly. Nothing on this page is financial advice. EMI, No Cost EMI and card borrowing carry costs and obligations — some banks charge conversion or processing fees that these pages note are outside the store's control — and readers should read their own card issuer's terms before borrowing. Zoutons may earn a commission on purchases made through links on this page, which never affects what we report.
