Sixty-four mangalsutra listings read on 7 October. Divide each tile by the set size printed in its own name and the shelf reorders itself completely.
Myntra's mangalsutra results mix sets of five with single pieces on one scrolling page, and no tile tells you what one mangalsutra costs. Divide each listing by the set size printed in its own product name and the shelf runs from Rs. 47.20 to Rs. 629 a piece — 13.3-fold. One brand, Anouk, sits at both ends of that range: Rs. 47.20 a mangalsutra in a set of five, and Rs. 620 for a single one badged 0% off. Seventeen of the 64 listings print an identical Rs. 999 stated MRP across nine unrelated brands, so their badges differ only because their prices do. And the cheapest pieces on the shelf are also its least-rated.
Every price below was pulled from Myntra on October 7, 2026 and checked against the MRP on the listing. Stack them with the live codes on our Myntra coupons page, which the deals desk re-verifies daily.

Four checks. First: read the set size out of the product name before comparing anything. Twenty-three of the 64 listings here are sets of two to five, and dividing moves a Rs. 236 tile below a Rs. 187 one. It is the single step that changes the ranking most. Second: ignore the badge as a price signal. On this shelf a 14% badge and a 71% badge land 23 rupees apart per mangalsutra, and the two listings badged 89% cost Rs. 109.50 and Rs. 274 a piece. Third: notice when the stated MRP is a round number. Rs. 999 appears on 17 of these 64 listings across nine unrelated brands, and Rs. 799 on five more covering sets of two, three, four and five — a percentage computed against a figure that many sellers share independently tells you nothing about any of them. Fourth: read the rating count, not the star. The five cheapest pieces here carry 6, 14, 8, 8 and 29 ratings, and one averages 1.5 stars; the dearest singles carry 485, 594 and 1,238. If the brief is simply one mangalsutra from a listing with evidence behind it, Rs. 187 buys one on 519 ratings. This is a price page: we did not buy, open, wear, weigh or assay anything, and nothing here describes gold content, plating or quality.

Each selling price, stated MRP, discount badge, star average and rating count on this page was parsed on 7 October 2026 from the window.__myx JSON that myntra.com serves with its own /mangalsutra and /mangalsutra-set listing pages, logged out, in India, with nothing purchased. 64 unique listings were returned and 24 are seated.
Every per-piece figure divides the selling price by the number printed in the listing's own title - 'Set Of 5', 'Set Of 2'. A listing with no set wording is counted as one mangalsutra. Nothing is estimated and no quantity is inferred from a photograph; where a set also includes earrings, the division ignores them, which makes the figure conservative.
Seventeen of the 64 listings print an identical stated MRP of Rs. 999 across nine unrelated brands, and five more share Rs. 799 across sets of two, three, four and five. We report those figures exactly as published, and say plainly that a badge computed from a number nine sellers arrived at independently cannot be compared between them.
The five cheapest pieces per unit carry 6, 14, 8, 8 and 29 ratings; the dearest listings carry 485, 594 and 1,238. A star average without its sample size is not information, so no card here shows one without the other, and the two cards with the lowest averages in the read are seated rather than filtered out.
A three-pack that costs more per piece than four two-packs, a multipack dearer per piece than a single, a 14% badge landing within 23 rupees of a 71% one, and the 0%-badged single that costs 13.1 times its own brand's five-pack are all seated. They complicate the finding rather than confirming it.
'Gold-plated', '18K gold-plated', 'rose gold-plated', 'American diamond', 'Austrian diamond', 'zircon', 'cubic zirconia', 'brass' and every other material word are the listings' own printed text, reproduced as printed and not tested, assayed, weighed or verified by us. We did not buy, open, wear or examine anything. A lower price per piece is a statement about money only.
It depends entirely on whether the tile is a set. In this read of 64 unique listings on 7 October 2026, one mangalsutra cost between Rs. 47.20 and Rs. 629 once each tile was divided by the set size printed in its own name. Price tags ran from Rs. 187 to Rs. 629, so the tag is a poor guide: a Rs. 236 set of five works out at Rs. 47.20 a piece, far below the Rs. 187 single. The cheapest listing that buys exactly one mangalsutra was Rs. 187. Prices change continuously, so check the live page.
We can only report what the listings print. Seventeen of the 64 listings read on 7 October displayed an identical stated MRP of Rs. 999, across nine unrelated brands, while selling at anything from Rs. 259 to Rs. 536. Because the stated figure is the same and the prices differ, their badges run from 46% to 74% without describing any difference in the discount a shopper receives. A further five listings share a stated Rs. 799 across sets of two, three, four and five pieces. Setting an MRP is an ordinary and lawful commercial decision, and no wrongdoing is alleged by anyone.
Not on this shelf. The two listings badged 89% work out at Rs. 109.50 and Rs. 274 a piece; the listing badged 0% costs Rs. 620, and a 14%-badged set of three costs Rs. 100.33 a piece. A badge is arithmetic over a selling price and a stated MRP the seller chose, and we have not verified that any item here was ever sold at its MRP. On this page the badge and the price per piece rank the listings almost independently, which is why every card prints both.
Usually here, but not always, which is why dividing matters. The fourteen cheapest pieces on this page are all sets, but a set of three at Rs. 370 costs Rs. 123.33 a piece — more than four of the two-packs seated — and a set of two at Rs. 445 costs Rs. 222.50 a piece, more than the Rs. 187 single. Sets here run from Rs. 47.20 to Rs. 222.50 a piece and singles from Rs. 187 to Rs. 629, so the two ranges overlap. The arithmetic is the only reliable check.
This page cannot tell you, and does not try. Every material word on it — 'gold-plated', '18K gold-plated', 'rose gold-plated', 'American diamond', 'Austrian diamond', 'zircon', 'cubic zirconia', 'brass' — is the listing's own printed text, reproduced as printed and not tested, assayed or weighed by us. 'Gold-plated' describes a coating rather than solid gold content, and 'American diamond' is a trade term for a simulant rather than a diamond. We did not buy, open or examine any item here, and no claim is made about gold content, plating thickness, stone type, tarnish or durability. Read the product page's own material description before buying.
