Tata CLiQ Curtain and Cookware Prices September 2026: From Rs. 326

Everything here was read from tatacliq.com's own search response on the morning of 28 September 2026 - 78 listings across curtains, bedsheets, cookware, water bottles and towels, logged out, in India, with nothing purchased.

The 32 listings from Prestige, Hawkins, Bergner and Borosil have a median discount badge of 20%. The other 46 - overwhelmingly curtains and soft furnishing - have a median of 48%. And the cookware is the dearer half: a median of Rs. 2,390 against Rs. 1,028.

This is the same shape we keep finding wherever a category is sold by companies that also supply physical shops. A pressure cooker carries a list price the brand has to stand behind in a showroom in Pune, so the gap between that figure and the checkout price is small. A curtain from a marketplace label does not, so the gap can be whatever the seller wants it to be.

The tightest brand in the read is Hawkins, and it is worth seeing the whole list. Its ten listings carry badges of 2%, 10%, 12%, 12%, 13%, 13%, 13%, 13%, 13% and 13%. Six of the ten are the same number. The deepest discount Hawkins offers anywhere on this shelf is 13%, and one listing - a 5 litre pressure cooker at Rs. 2,649 against a stated Rs. 2,700 - is discounted by Rs. 51.

Prestige is only slightly looser. Its twelve listings run 15%, 15%, 15%, 20%, 20%, 20%, 20%, 20%, 25%, 25%, 45% and 50% - eight of the twelve at 15% or 20%, with the two outliers being multi-piece cookware sets rather than single pans. Bergner does the same: five of its nine listings are at exactly 20%, and its two deepest badges, 40% and 60%, are both on four-piece sets.

That is a pattern worth carrying to other shops. On this shelf the deep discounts within a cookware house are on the SETS, not the individual pieces. A Bergner Tripro four-piece set at Rs. 2,199 against a stated Rs. 5,495 shows 60%; a single Bergner triply saucepan at Rs. 799 against Rs. 995 shows 20%.

Forty of the 78 listings are curtains, and their median badge is 50% - with a range from 5% to 75%. The deep end is a specific group of labels: Bianca at 74% and 75%, Romee at 75% on two listings, SEJ by Nisha Gupta at 70%.

Look at what those percentages are computed from. A Bianca faux-silk window curtain sells at Rs. 326 against a stated MRP of Rs. 1,299. A Romee crush curtain set sells at Rs. 549 against a stated Rs. 2,199. We have not verified that either ever sold at its stated figure, so the 75% is arithmetic over two numbers the seller chose.

At the other end of the same shelf, DDecor's six listings show 10% and 25% only, priced Rs. 1,124 to Rs. 2,609. It is a furnishing house that sells through dealers - and it behaves exactly like the cookware brands do, which is the cleanest confirmation available that this is about the seller and not the category. Curtains do not discount at 50%; marketplace curtain labels do.

This is the part that would change how we shopped here. Of the 78 listings, 40 publish a customer rating at all - and the median count among those 40 is two. Not two thousand. Two.

Exactly one listing in the entire read has 50 or more ratings. The second largest count is 34, on a Hawkins induction-base cooker. Prestige's twelve listings carry a median of 5 ratings each; Bergner's nine carry a median of 3; the curtain shelf publishes a rating on 15 of its 40 listings.

That is not a fault in our reading - it is what Tata CLiQ's tiles show, and we have found the same thinness on its other shelves. It matters here more than usual because cookware and curtains are both categories where the thing you want to know (does the non-stick survive a year, does the blackout lining actually block light) is exactly what a crowd of buyers would tell you and a specification will not.

Buy the cookware here on the rupee price and the model name, because the percentage will not vary. The cheapest branded pieces in the read were a Bergner dosa tawa at Rs. 719, a Prestige cast iron tawa at Rs. 1,315, a Hawkins 22 cm cast iron tawa at Rs. 1,392 and a Prestige granite multi-pan at Rs. 1,415 - all between 10% and 20% off, all from houses whose model numbers you can price against another shop in ten seconds.

If a cookware set is what you want, the sets are genuinely where the discounting is: Bergner's Tripro four-piece at Rs. 2,199, Prestige's Omega Deluxe Plus three-piece at Rs. 2,295 and Prestige's Triply Splendid set at Rs. 2,670 carry the 45% to 60% badges. Whether you need four pieces is a separate question.

On curtains, ignore the badge entirely and compare rupees per panel against the sizes quoted. The range on this shelf is Rs. 326 to Rs. 2,609 and the deepest percentages sit on the cheapest goods behind the largest stated MRPs. And given that the median listing here carries two ratings, we would check the same brand and model on a shelf that publishes feedback before committing.
