Sticky notes are sold in packs of twenty sheets and packs of eight hundred, at prices that all land between Rs. 60 and Rs. 255. The tile tells you the price. It does not tell you what you are getting for it.
We read 77 listings on 20 October 2026. Every sticky-note pack printed its own sheet count, so we divided — and the shelf opened out from a four-fold price range into a 64-fold range per sheet, with the biggest discount badge on the page sitting seven times worse than one three points smaller.

Read the same day: flipkart.com's own search results for "sticky notes" and "file folder" via a window.__INITIAL_STATE__ parse, logged out, from India, with nothing purchased and Flipkart not contacted; 77 distinct listings captured, 38 sticky-note packs and 39 file folders. Recorded from this read: all 38 sticky-note listings stating their own sheet count; per-sheet prices from Rs. 0.122 (ARRUM, 800 sheets at Rs. 98) to Rs. 7.85 (Soni Officemate, 20 transparent sheets at Rs. 157), with a shelf median of Rs. 0.94; selling prices from Rs. 60 to Rs. 255 with a median of Rs. 134 and a median badge of 65% across a range of 1% to 91%; the AKIKOAOKI pack printing the shelf's largest badge at 91% and costing Rs. 0.85 a sheet against ARRUM's 88% at Rs. 0.122; eight listings stating both a sheet count and a 3x3 inch size, within which the spread narrows to Rs. 0.207 to Rs. 0.600 a sheet; Soni Officemate's six listings badged at 1%, 11%, 14%, 17%, 25% and 26% for a median of 16%, four of them among the dearest per sheet; two titles stating two different counts ("RetailPick 400 Sticky Notes 80 Sheets" and "ZIARO 400 Sticky Notes ... 80 Sheets"), priced here on the structured count of 80 with the conflict flagged; file folder prices from Rs. 106 to Rs. 810 with a median of Rs. 253 and a median badge of 71%; and two listings both named "jewett My clear bag File Folder" at Rs. 157 and Rs. 161, printing 84% off a stated Rs. 999 and 46% off a stated Rs. 299. No pad was opened, counted or measured. Coverage checked before writing: no Flipkart stationery page of any kind existed.
Every listing states its sheet count, so price it per sheet
We read Flipkart's own search results for sticky notes and file folder on 20 October 2026 — 77 distinct listings, logged out, from India, nothing purchased.
All 38 sticky-note listings print their own sheet count, which is unusual and useful: it means the shelf can be compared on a single honest unit. Do that and the prices, which all sit between Rs. 60 and Rs. 255, open out into a 64-fold range: Rs. 0.12 a sheet to Rs. 7.85 a sheet.
The badge gives you none of that. The listing with the biggest discount on the page, 91% off, costs seven times more per sheet than one printing 88%.
The shelf, priced per sheet
| Listing | Stated sheets | Price | Per sheet | Stated MRP | Badge |
|---|
| ARRUM 800 sheets, 10 colours | 800 | Rs. 98 | Rs. 0.12 | Rs. 799 | 88% |
| we ensign 400 sheets, 5 colours | 400 | Rs. 80 | Rs. 0.20 | Rs. 399 | 80% |
| we ensign 400-sheet pad cube, 3x3 in | 400 | Rs. 83 | Rs. 0.21 | Rs. 449 | 82% |
| JKK 400 sheets, 3in x 3in | 400 | Rs. 91 | Rs. 0.23 | Rs. 290 | 69% |
| Nutshell fluorescent 400 sheets, 3x3 in | 400 | Rs. 95 | Rs. 0.24 | Rs. 499 | 81% |
| Tiny Tales 200 sheets, 3x3 in | 200 | Rs. 70 | Rs. 0.35 | Rs. 599 | 88% |
| Toxen 100 sheets, 3x3 in | 100 | Rs. 60 | Rs. 0.60 | Rs. 299 | 80% |
| AKIKOAOKI shaped notes, pack of 4 | 100 | Rs. 85 | Rs. 0.85 | Rs. 899 | 91% |
| Soni Officemate Story Notes, shaped | 100 | Rs. 100 | Rs. 1.00 | Rs. 120 | 17% |
| Soni Officemate star shape | 100 | Rs. 107 | Rs. 1.07 | Rs. 120 | 11% |
| Soni Officemate pastel 76 x 76 mm | 100 | Rs. 198 | Rs. 1.98 | Rs. 200 | 1% |
| FRKB spiral pocket diary | 50 | Rs. 147 | Rs. 2.94 | Rs. 400 | 63% |
| CHROME page markers, 20 x 50 mm | 40 | Rs. 167 | Rs. 4.18 | Rs. 280 | 40% |
| Soni Officemate transparent pads | 20 | Rs. 157 | Rs. 7.85 | Rs. 183 | 14% |
Six of the seven best values per sheet are packs of 400 sheets or more. The shelf median works out at Rs. 0.94 a sheet, so anything under about Rs. 0.25 is doing well and anything over Rs. 2 is being paid for something other than paper — a shape, a spiral binding, a transparent film.
All of this arithmetic rests on the counts the listings themselves print. We did not open a pad or count a sheet, and we are not suggesting any stated count is wrong.
The fair comparison: eight listings that are all 3x3 inch
| Listing | Stated sheets | Price | Per sheet | Badge | Ratings |
|---|
| we ensign pad cube | 400 | Rs. 83 | Rs. 0.207 | 82% | 3,748 |
| JKK regular | 400 | Rs. 91 | Rs. 0.228 | 69% | 145 |
| Nutshell fluorescent | 400 | Rs. 95 | Rs. 0.237 | 81% | 10,345 |
| FRKB yellow, 1 colour | 400 | Rs. 115 | Rs. 0.287 | 71% | 156 |
| Tiny Tales | 200 | Rs. 70 | Rs. 0.350 | 88% | 507 |
| LOL store | 200 | Rs. 70 | Rs. 0.350 | 88% | 122 |
| ZIARO bright colours | 400 | Rs. 147 | Rs. 0.367 | 63% | 229 |
| Toxen | 100 | Rs. 60 | Rs. 0.600 | 80% | 108 |
The 64-fold headline range is mostly sheet size, not value. It mixes 3x3 inch notes with 20 x 50 mm page markers, 4 x 6 inch memo pads and 76 x 76 mm pastel pads. Strip the shelf down to the eight listings that state both a count and a 3x3 inch size and the spread collapses to 2.9x: Rs. 0.207 to Rs. 0.600 a sheet.
That is the number to shop against, and we are publishing it alongside the dramatic one rather than instead of it. Even inside this tight group the badge misleads: the two listings printing the biggest discounts, both 88%, are the fifth and sixth best value of the eight.
Two listings in the wider pull contradict themselves. A RetailPick and a ZIARO title each state "400 Sticky Notes" and "80 Sheets" in the same line. We priced both on the structured sheet count of 80 and report the conflict rather than choosing silently — the likeliest explanation is a pack of five 80-sheet pads described loosely, which is ordinary and not something we allege anything about.
The one stationery name here prints almost no discount
| Soni Officemate listing | Price | Stated MRP | Badge | Per sheet | Ratings |
|---|
| Pastel paper pads, 76 x 76 mm | Rs. 198 | Rs. 200 | 1% | Rs. 1.98 | 0 |
| Star shape, 100 sheets | Rs. 107 | Rs. 120 | 11% | Rs. 1.07 | 8 |
| Transparent fluorescent pads | Rs. 157 | Rs. 183 | 14% | Rs. 7.85 | 0 |
| Story Notes, shaped, 4 colours | Rs. 100 | Rs. 120 | 17% | Rs. 1.00 | 7 |
| Fluorescent pads (larger size) | Rs. 135 | Rs. 180 | 25% | Rs. 1.35 | 10 |
| Fluorescent pads | Rs. 114 | Rs. 154 | 26% | Rs. 1.14 | 4 |
| Shelf median, all 38 listings | Rs. 134 | — | 65% | Rs. 0.94 | — |
Soni Officemate's six listings badge at a median of 16% against a shelf median of 65%, and one of them prints just 1% — a stated MRP of Rs. 200 against a selling price of Rs. 198. That is the more candid display, not the worse deal in principle: a brand that stocks physical shops tends to set a list price near its shelf price, so there is nothing to discount from.
The other half of the picture is that four of those six are among the dearest listings per sheet on the page. Both facts are reported here because a shopper needs both. We are not suggesting anything improper by Soni Officemate or by anyone else, and we have not handled the paper — it may well be better paper. We can only tell you what the two numbers on the tile say.
File folders: same name, Rs. 4 apart, 38 points of badge between them
| Listing | Price | Stated MRP | Badge | Ratings |
|---|
| maruhub polypropylene accordion folder | Rs. 106 | Rs. 699 | 85% | 1,323 |
| otak polypropylene storage file rack | Rs. 117 | Rs. 599 | 80% | 21 |
| CSN faux leather 20-sleeve A4 organizer | Rs. 130 | Rs. 599 | 78% | 7,502 |
| canoff 20-pocket display file, A4 | Rs. 139 | Rs. 499 | 72% | 72 |
| jewett My clear bag File Folder | Rs. 157 | Rs. 999 | 84% | 266 |
| jewett My clear bag File Folder | Rs. 161 | Rs. 299 | 46% | 1,075 |
| KAIZEN PVC L-shape folder, set of 100 | Rs. 404 | Rs. 1,699 | 76% | 59 |
| JSMSH hanging file folders, 5-pack, A4 | Rs. 604 | Rs. 2,199 | 73% | 114 |
| Peeplvalue premium box office file | Rs. 810 | Rs. 1,999 | 59% | 0 |
The two jewett rows are the whole lesson in miniature. Same product name, Rs. 157 and Rs. 161, and badges of 84% and 46% — because one is measured against a stated Rs. 999 and the other against Rs. 299.
Across the 39 folders prices ran Rs. 106 to Rs. 810, median Rs. 253, median badge 71%. The folder equivalent of a sheet count is the stated pocket or sleeve count — a CSN 20-sleeve A4 organiser at Rs. 130 and a canoff 20-pocket display file at Rs. 139 are directly comparable in a way that their 78% and 72% badges are not.
Why we price stationery per unit at all
Because the pack size is the variable the tile hides. Sticky notes are sold in packs of 20, 40, 50, 80, 100, 125, 150, 200, 400, 500, 600 and 800 sheets on this one shelf, at prices that all land between Rs. 60 and Rs. 255. A results page sorted by price puts the 20-sheet pad near the 800-sheet pack.
The same applies to the colour counts and sizes the listings print — "5 Colors", "10 Colors", "3 x 3 Inch", "76 x 76" — all of which are the sellers' own words, reproduced here and not verified by us. Where a listing states two different counts, we have said so rather than picking the flattering one.
What this page does not tell you
This is a price read, not a product test. No pad was opened, counted, measured or stuck to anything, and we make no claim about adhesive quality, paper weight or how many times a note will re-stick. Sheet counts, dimensions and colour counts above are the listings' own printed descriptions.
Nor does it tell you today's price. Every figure here was returned by Flipkart on 20 October 2026. Check the live listing before buying, divide the price by the stated sheet count, and compare sizes before you compare the result.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cheapest way to buy sticky notes on Flipkart?
By the sheet, not by the badge. Every one of the 38 sticky-note listings we read on 20 October 2026 states its own sheet count, so the shelf can be priced honestly per sheet — and it runs from Rs. 0.12 a sheet (an ARRUM 800-sheet pack at Rs. 98) to Rs. 7.85 a sheet (a Soni Officemate 20-sheet transparent pad at Rs. 157). The shelf median is Rs. 0.94 a sheet. The big packs are where the value is: six of the seven cheapest listings per sheet hold 400 sheets or more. Our arithmetic is only as good as the sheet counts the listings print — we did not open or count a single pad.
Is a 91% discount a better deal than an 88% one here?
On this shelf, no — by a factor of seven. The AKIKOAOKI pack prints the single biggest badge on the page, 91% off, and works out at Rs. 0.85 a sheet. The ARRUM pack prints 88% — three points less — and works out at Rs. 0.12 a sheet. Both badges look nearly identical on a results page; one pack costs seven times as much per sheet as the other. Neither stated MRP is being called false and no wrongdoing is alleged: the percentages are simply each seller's arithmetic against a list price they chose. Divide the rupee price by the stated sheet count before you compare anything. It takes five seconds and it is the only number on this shelf measured the same way twice.
Why does Soni Officemate show only 1% off?
Because its stated maximum retail price is close to what it charges. Soni Officemate — the one widely stocked stationery name on this shelf — has six listings badged at 1%, 11%, 14%, 17%, 25% and 26%, a median of 16% against a shelf median of 65%. That is the honest display: a brand with a list price near its shelf price has almost nothing to discount from. The other half of the picture is that four of those six are among the dearest listings per sheet on the page, from Rs. 1.00 up to Rs. 7.85, against Rs. 0.12 at the cheap end. We are not suggesting anything improper by anyone. Both things are true at once: the small badge is the more candid one, and the pack behind it still costs more per sheet than most of the shelf.
Is the Rs. 0.12-to-Rs. 7.85 range really comparing like with like?
No, and that matters. The headline range mixes 3x3 inch notes with 20 x 50 mm page markers, 4 x 6 inch memo pads and 76 x 76 mm pastel pads — a page marker sheet is a fraction of the paper of a 3x3 note, so paying more per sheet for it is not irrational. Eight listings state both a sheet count and a 3x3 inch size, and within that like-for-like group the spread collapses from 64x to 2.9x: Rs. 0.207 to Rs. 0.600 a sheet. That tighter number is the fairer one to shop against. We are publishing both rather than the flattering one. Two listings also contradict themselves — a RetailPick and a ZIARO title each state "400 Sticky Notes" and "80 Sheets" at once. We priced them on the 80, and flag the conflict rather than quietly choosing.
Why do two identical jewett file folders show 84% and 46% off?
Because they are measured against different stated MRPs. Two listings named "jewett My clear bag File Folder" sell at Rs. 157 and Rs. 161 — Rs. 4 apart — but the first prints 84% off a stated Rs. 999 and the second 46% off a stated Rs. 299. They are in all likelihood variants or separate listings of a similar product, which is ordinary marketplace practice, and no stated MRP here is being called false and no wrongdoing is alleged. The useful reading is the simplest one on this page: a 38-point difference in badge bought a Rs. 4 difference in price. Across the 39 file folders we read, prices ran Rs. 106 to Rs. 810 with a median of Rs. 253 and a median badge of 71% — rank them by rupees and by stated pocket count, which is the folder equivalent of a sheet count.

Zoutons earns affiliate commission on some links on this page. It costs you nothing and it does not decide what we write. Every price, stated MRP, discount badge and rating count above was returned by flipkart.com's own search results on 20 October 2026, logged out, from India, with nothing purchased. This is a price read, not a product test. No pad was opened, counted, measured or stuck to anything, and we make no claim about adhesive quality, paper weight or re-stick life. Every per-sheet and per-pocket figure here is the listing's own stated count divided into its own selling price, and is therefore only as reliable as that stated count — where a title stated two different counts we priced on the structured field and said so, rather than choosing the flattering number. Sheet counts, dimensions and colour counts are the sellers' own printed descriptions, reproduced and not independently verified. NO STATED MRP IS CALLED FALSE AND NO WRONGDOING BY ANY BRAND, SELLER OR BY FLIPKART IS ALLEGED. A maximum retail price is a maximum a brand is entitled to set, and a brand whose badge is small is in all likelihood simply pricing close to its list price. We make no claim about the quality of Soni Officemate's paper or anyone else's; we report only the two numbers each listing published. What Flipkart publishes at the time you buy prevails over anything here.
